ভর্তি সংক্রান্ত নির্দেশাবলী

1. শিক্ষার্থীদের নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার (before 21/08/2026) মধ্যে অনলাইনে আবেদন (subject choice/combination choice) সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
2. বিষয়/বিষয়সমূহের নির্বাচন ও বরাদ্দ সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে উপলব্ধ আসন সংখ্যা (Seat Availability) এবং প্রযোজ্য ভর্তি বিধি অনুযায়ী সম্পন্ন হবে।
3. শিক্ষার্থীদের বিষয় নির্বাচন অত্যন্ত সতর্কতার সঙ্গে করতে হবে। একবার বিষয় নির্বাচন চূড়ান্ত করে আবেদন জমা ও ফি প্রদান সম্পন্ন হলে কোনো অবস্থাতেই বিষয়, বিষয়সমন্বয় (Combination) বা কোর্স পরিবর্তনের আবেদন গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
4. বিষয় নির্বাচন সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি, কলেজ ফি এবং প্রযোজ্য অন্যান্য ফি নির্ধারিত পদ্ধতিতে পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
5. নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে ফি পরিশোধ না করলে আবেদন/ভর্তি প্রক্রিয়া বাতিল বলে গণ্য হতে পারে।
6. সফলভাবে ফি পরিশোধের পর Admission Receipt এবং Document Verification Slip ডাউনলোড ও প্রিন্ট করতে হবে।
7. Admission Receipt-এ উল্লিখিত Verification Date, Time এবং Counter Number অনুসরণ করা বাধ্যতামূলক।
8. মূল নথিপত্র (Original Documents) যাচাইয়ের জন্য শিক্ষার্থীকে নির্ধারিত তারিখ, সময় ও কাউন্টারে সশরীরে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে।
9. Admission Receipt-এ উল্লেখিত সকল মূল নথিপত্র এবং এক সেট স্ব-প্রত্যয়িত (Self-Attested) ফটোকপি সঙ্গে আনতে হবে এবং যাচাইয়ের সময় জমা দিতে হবে।
10. নির্ধারিত সময়ে উপস্থিত না হলে অথবা প্রয়োজনীয় নথিপত্র প্রদর্শনে ব্যর্থ হলে অস্থায়ী ভর্তি (Provisional Admission) বাতিল হতে পারে।
11. কোনো প্রতিনিধি, অভিভাবক বা অন্য ব্যক্তির মাধ্যমে নথিপত্র যাচাই গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না, যদি না কলেজ কর্তৃপক্ষ বিশেষ অনুমতি প্রদান করে।
12. শিক্ষার্থীদের প্রদত্ত মোবাইল নম্বর, ই-মেইল আইডি এবং অন্যান্য যোগাযোগের তথ্য সক্রিয় ও সঠিক রাখতে হবে।
13. ভর্তি সংক্রান্ত সকল নোটিশ, নির্দেশিকা ও আপডেট কলেজের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশ করা হবে। নিয়মিত ওয়েবসাইট পরিদর্শনের দায়িত্ব শিক্ষার্থীর।
14. বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, কলেজ এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক জারিকৃত সকল নিয়ম ও নির্দেশনা মেনে চলা বাধ্যতামূলক।
15. র‍্যাগিং আইনত দণ্ডনীয় অপরাধ। র‍্যাগিং-সংক্রান্ত অভিযোগ প্রমাণিত হলে কঠোর শাস্তিমূলক ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে।
16. ভর্তি ফি ফেরত (Refund), যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়, বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়/সরকারি নির্দেশিকা অনুযায়ী বিবেচিত হবে।

গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিজ্ঞপ্তি

এই ভর্তি সম্পূর্ণরূপে অস্থায়ী (Provisional) এবং আবেদনকারী কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত সকল তথ্য, ঘোষণা, সনদপত্র ও নথিপত্রের যাচাই সাপেক্ষে প্রদান করা হচ্ছে। নথিপত্র যাচাইয়ের পর বা ভর্তির পরবর্তী যেকোনো পর্যায়ে যদি প্রমাণিত হয় যে আবেদনকারী কোনো মিথ্যা, ভুল, বিভ্রান্তিকর, অসম্পূর্ণ বা গোপন করা তথ্য প্রদান করেছে অথবা জাল/ভুয়া নথিপত্র দাখিল করেছে, তবে তার ভর্তি কোনো পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই অবিলম্বে বাতিল করা হবে। এ ক্ষেত্রে কলেজ কর্তৃপক্ষ প্রচলিত বিধি অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজনীয় প্রশাসনিক, একাডেমিক, শৃঙ্খলামূলক ও আইনগত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

Admission Instructions

1. Candidates must complete the online subject choice/combination choice process within the stipulated period (before 21/08/2026).
2. Selection and allotment of subject(s) shall be made strictly based on seat availability and applicable admission regulations.
3. Candidates are advised to exercise their subject preferences carefully. Once the subject selection is finalised, the application is submitted, and the admission fee is paid, no request for change of subject(s), subject combination, or course shall be entertained under any circumstances.
4. After subject selection, the prescribed University Registration Fee, College Fee, and other applicable fees must be paid through the prescribed mode.
5. Failure to complete payment within the specified period may result in cancellation of the admission application.
6. Upon successful payment, candidates must download and print the Admission Receipt and Document Verification Slip.
7. Candidates must strictly follow the Verification Date, Time, and Counter Number mentioned in the Admission Receipt.
8. Candidates must be physically present at the allotted counter on the scheduled date and time for verification of original documents.
9. All original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies must be produced and submitted during the verification process.
10. Failure to appear on the scheduled date and time or failure to produce the required documents may lead to cancellation of the provisional admission.
11. Verification through a representative, guardian, or any other person shall not be permitted unless specifically authorised by the College.
12. Candidates must ensure that their mobile number, e-mail address, and other contact details remain active and accessible throughout the admission process.
13. All admission-related notices, updates, and instructions shall be published on the College website. Candidates are advised to visit the website regularly.
14. Admission shall remain subject to compliance with the rules and regulations of the University, the College, and other competent authorities.
15. Ragging is strictly prohibited and punishable under law. Any candidate found involved in ragging shall be liable for disciplinary action as per applicable regulations.

Important Notice

Admission granted through this process is purely provisional and subject to verification of all information, declarations, certificates, and documents submitted by the candidate. If, at any stage before or after admission, any information, declaration, certificate, or document submitted by the candidate is found to be false, incorrect, misleading, incomplete, suppressed, or forged, the admission shall be cancelled immediately without prior notice. The College reserves the right to take appropriate academic, administrative, disciplinary, and legal action in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.

प्रवेश संबंधी निर्देश

1. अभ्यर्थियों को निर्धारित समयावधि 21/08/2026-के भीतर ऑनलाइन प्रवेश प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करनी होगी।
2. विषयों का चयन एवं आवंटन उपलब्ध सीटों तथा लागू प्रवेश नियमों के अनुसार किया जाएगा।
3. अभ्यर्थियों को विषय चयन अत्यंत सावधानीपूर्वक करना चाहिए। एक बार विषय चयन अंतिम रूप से जमा हो जाने तथा प्रवेश शुल्क का भुगतान हो जाने के बाद किसी भी परिस्थिति में विषय, विषय-संयोजन (Combination) अथवा पाठ्यक्रम परिवर्तन का अनुरोध स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
4. विषय चयन के पश्चात विश्वविद्यालय पंजीकरण शुल्क, महाविद्यालय शुल्क तथा अन्य लागू शुल्क निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के अनुसार जमा करना होगा।
5. निर्धारित समय के भीतर शुल्क जमा न करने पर प्रवेश आवेदन निरस्त किया जा सकता है।
6. सफल भुगतान के पश्चात अभ्यर्थियों को Admission Receipt एवं Document Verification Slip डाउनलोड कर उसका प्रिंट लेना होगा।
7. प्रवेश रसीद में उल्लिखित सत्यापन तिथि, समय एवं काउंटर संख्या का पालन करना अनिवार्य है।
8. मूल दस्तावेजों के सत्यापन हेतु अभ्यर्थी का निर्धारित तिथि, समय एवं काउंटर पर स्वयं उपस्थित होना अनिवार्य है।
9. सभी मूल दस्तावेजों के साथ उनकी स्व-प्रमाणित (Self-Attested) फोटोकॉपी का एक सेट सत्यापन के समय प्रस्तुत एवं जमा करना होगा।
10. निर्धारित समय पर उपस्थित न होने अथवा आवश्यक दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत न करने की स्थिति में अस्थायी प्रवेश (Provisional Admission) निरस्त किया जा सकता है।
11. किसी प्रतिनिधि, अभिभावक अथवा अन्य व्यक्ति के माध्यम से दस्तावेज सत्यापन स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा, जब तक कि महाविद्यालय द्वारा विशेष अनुमति न दी जाए।
12. अभ्यर्थियों को अपना मोबाइल नंबर, ई-मेल पता एवं अन्य संपर्क विवरण सक्रिय रखना होगा।
13. प्रवेश से संबंधित सभी सूचनाएँ, निर्देश एवं अद्यतन जानकारी महाविद्यालय की वेबसाइट पर प्रकाशित की जाएँगी।
14. विश्वविद्यालय, महाविद्यालय तथा सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी नियमों का पालन करना अनिवार्य होगा।
15. रैगिंग पूर्णतः प्रतिबंधित एवं दंडनीय अपराध है। दोषी पाए जाने पर नियमानुसार कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

महत्वपूर्ण सूचना

यह प्रवेश पूर्णतः अस्थायी (Provisional) है तथा अभ्यर्थी द्वारा प्रस्तुत सभी सूचनाओं, घोषणाओं, प्रमाणपत्रों एवं दस्तावेजों के सत्यापन के अधीन है। यदि किसी भी चरण में यह पाया जाता है कि अभ्यर्थी द्वारा प्रस्तुत कोई सूचना, घोषणा, प्रमाणपत्र अथवा दस्तावेज गलत, असत्य, भ्रामक, अपूर्ण, छिपाया गया अथवा जाली है, तो उसका प्रवेश बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के तत्काल निरस्त कर दिया जाएगा। ऐसी स्थिति में महाविद्यालय को लागू नियमों एवं विनियमों के अनुसार आवश्यक शैक्षणिक, प्रशासनिक, अनुशासनात्मक एवं विधिक कार्रवाई करने का पूर्ण अधिकार सुरक्षित रहेगा।

বিজ্ঞপ্তি

এতদ্বারা সকল স্নাতক (Graduation) উত্তীর্ণ শিক্ষার্থীদের জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের পরীক্ষা চলাকালীন পরীক্ষাকেন্দ্রে পরীক্ষার্থী ব্যতীত অন্য কোনো বহিরাগত ব্যক্তির প্রবেশ সম্পূর্ণরূপে নিষিদ্ধ। এই কারণে স্নাতক পাশ সার্টিফিকেট (Pass Certificate) বিতরণ কার্যক্রম সাময়িকভাবে স্থগিত থাকবে।

সার্টিফিকেট বিতরণ পুনরায় শুরু হবে: ২1/০৭/২০২৬।

সার্টিফিকেট গ্রহণের নিয়মাবলি:

১. ডিপ্লোমা ফি (Diploma Fee) জমা দেওয়ার রসিদ এবং ফাইনাল ইয়ার মার্কশিটের একটি ফটোকপি কলেজ অফিসে জমা দিতে হবে।

২. উপরোক্ত নথিপত্র জমা দেওয়ার পরের দিন দুপুর ২:০০টার পর সংশ্লিষ্ট শিক্ষার্থী তাঁর পাস সার্টিফিকেট গ্রহণ করতে পারবেন।

৩. নির্ধারিত দিনে সার্টিফিকেট সংগ্রহ করতে ব্যর্থ হলে পুনরায় একই প্রক্রিয়া অনুসরণ করতে হবে। অর্থাৎ, আবার ডিপ্লোমা ফি জমা দেওয়ার রসিদ এবং ফাইনাল ইয়ার মার্কশিটের ফটোকপি জমা দিয়ে পরবর্তী দিন দুপুর ২:০০টার পর সার্টিফিকেট সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।

সকল শিক্ষার্থীর সহযোগিতা একান্তভাবে কাম্য।

सभी स्नातक (Graduation) उत्तीर्ण विद्यार्थियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि विश्वविद्यालय परीक्षा के दौरान परीक्षा केंद्र में परीक्षार्थियों के अतिरिक्त किसी भी बाहरी व्यक्ति का प्रवेश पूर्णतः प्रतिबंधित रहेगा। अतः ग्रेजुएशन पास सर्टिफिकेट (Pass Certificate) का वितरण अस्थायी रूप से स्थगित रहेगा।

पास सर्टिफिकेट का वितरण पुनः दिनांक 21/07/2026 से प्रारम्भ किया जाएगा।

पास सर्टिफिकेट प्राप्त करने की प्रक्रिया:

1. डिप्लोमा शुल्क (Diploma Fee) जमा करने की रसीद तथा अंतिम वर्ष (Final Year) की अंकतालिका (Marksheet) की एक फोटोकॉपी महाविद्यालय कार्यालय में जमा करनी होगी।
2. उपर्युक्त दस्तावेज़ जमा करने के अगले दिन दोपहर 2:00 बजे के बाद विद्यार्थी अपना पास सर्टिफिकेट प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
3. यदि कोई विद्यार्थी निर्धारित दिन अपना सर्टिफिकेट प्राप्त नहीं करता है, तो उसे पुनः वही प्रक्रिया अपनानी होगी। अर्थात्, डिप्लोमा शुल्क की रसीद एवं अंतिम वर्ष की अंकतालिका की फोटोकॉपी दोबारा जमा करनी होगी और अगले दिन दोपहर 2:00 बजे के बाद सर्टिफिकेट प्राप्त करना होगा।

सभी विद्यार्थियों से अनुरोध है कि उपर्युक्त निर्देशों का पालन करें।

All 6th Semester students are hereby instructed to download their Seat Information Details for the upcoming examinations from the College Website through their Student Login Portal before the commencement of the examination.

Students are advised to keep a printed copy or a digital copy of the Seat Information Details with them. Without the Seat Information Details page, they may face difficulties in entering the college campus and examination venue.

সকল ষষ্ঠ সেমিস্টারের শিক্ষার্থীদের আগামী পরীক্ষার Seat Information Details কলেজের ওয়েবসাইটে থাকা Student Login Portal-এর মাধ্যমে পরীক্ষা শুরু হওয়ার পূর্বেই ডাউনলোড করার জন্য নির্দেশ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।

শিক্ষার্থীদের Seat Information Details-এর একটি প্রিন্ট কপি অথবা মোবাইলে সংরক্ষিত কপি সঙ্গে রাখার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে। Seat Information Details পৃষ্ঠা ছাড়া কলেজ ক্যাম্পাস ও পরীক্ষাকেন্দ্রে প্রবেশের ক্ষেত্রে সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হতে হতে পারে।

 FYUGP 2024-25-এর অধীনে শিক্ষার্থীদের সেমিস্টার-১-এর SEC কোর্স “Tourism and Entrepreneurship (POOASEC111)” এর অংশ হিসেবে একটি প্রজেক্ট রিপোর্ট জমা দিতে হবে। প্রজেক্ট রিপোর্টের জন্য নিচের যেকোনো একটি বিষয় নির্বাচন করতে হবে:

“পর্যটনের ইতিবাচক ও নেতিবাচক প্রভাব”

“ভারতের বিভিন্ন রাজ্যে পর্যটন উন্নয়নে রাজ্য পর্যটন সংস্থাগুলির (STOs) ভূমিকা”

“ভারতের পর্যটন খাতে উদ্যোক্তাবৃত্তির উদীয়মান ক্ষেত্রসমূহ (প্রবণতা)

“পশ্চিমবঙ্গে একটি পর্যটন কেন্দ্র হিসেবে দার্জিলিং-এর গুরুত্ব”

• রিপোর্টটি শিক্ষার্থীর নিজস্ব মৌলিক কাজ হতে হবে এবং MS Word-এ তৈরি করতে হবে। কাগজের মাপ হবে A4 এবং ফন্ট হবে Times New Roman। ফন্ট সাইজ হবে ১২ এবং লাইন স্পেসিং হবে ১.৫। যদি কোনো শিক্ষার্থীর কম্পিউটার ব্যবহারের সুযোগ না থাকে, তাহলে সে নিজের হাতে লিখে রিপোর্ট তৈরি করতে পারে। রিপোর্ট ইংরেজি বা বাংলায় তৈরি করা যেতে পারে।
• রিপোর্টে একটি কভার পেজ থাকবে যেখানে রিপোর্টের শিরোনাম (Title of the project report) উল্লেখ থাকবে। এরপর শিক্ষার্থীর ঘোষণা (declaration), বিষয়সূচি, টেবিলের তালিকা, চিত্রের তালিকা (List of Figures), সংক্ষিপ্ত রূপের তালিকা, অধ্যায়ের তালিকা, সংযোজন (Annexures) (প্রয়োজন হলে) এবং রেফারেন্স থাকবে। অ্যাসাইনমেন্টের প্রথম পাতায় শিক্ষার্থীর নাম ও স্বাক্ষর (দস্তখত / Signature), সেমিস্টার, বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের রোল নম্বর, বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর, পেপারের নাম ও কোড এবং মোবাইল নম্বর উল্লেখ থাকতে হবে।
• প্রজেক্ট রিপোর্ট কমপক্ষে ১০,০০০ (দশ হাজার) শব্দের হতে হবে।
• যেসব শিক্ষার্থী পূর্ববর্তী বিজ্ঞপ্তি অনুযায়ী এখনও প্রজেক্ট রিপোর্ট জমা দেয়নি, তারা ১৫ই এপ্রিল ২০২৬ (বুধবার)-এর মধ্যে জমা দিতে পারবে। জমা দেওয়ার জন্য শিক্ষার্থীদের প্রজেক্ট রিপোর্টের স্ক্যান কপি (শিক্ষার্থীর স্বাক্ষরসহ) এবং শিক্ষার্থীর অ্যাডমিট কার্ডের স্ক্যান কপি নিম্নলিখিত ইমেইল ঠিকানায় পাঠাতে হবে:

• রিপোর্টের সমস্ত পৃষ্ঠাসমূহ, শিক্ষার্থীর অ্যাডমিট কার্ডসহ একসঙ্গে একটি ডকুমেন্ট হিসেবে স্ক্যান করে জমা দিতে হবে।
• শিক্ষার্থীদের নিজেদের ইমেইল আইডি ব্যবহার করে প্রজেক্ট রিপোর্ট জমা দিতে হবে।
• এটি তাদের জন্য শেষ সুযোগ যারা এখনও প্রজেক্ট রিপোর্ট জমা দেয়নি। নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে জমা না দিলে, তারা প্র্যাকটিক্যাল পরীক্ষায় অনুপস্থিত হিসেবে চিহ্নিত হওয়ার জন্য দায়ী থাকবে।
• মোট নম্বর = ২০
• শিক্ষার্থীদের কোনো সন্দেহ বা প্রশ্ন থাকলে, বিষয়ের শিক্ষকের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
• যে সকল শিক্ষার্থী প্রজেক্ট রিপোর্ট জমা দেবে, তারা প্রজেক্ট রিপোর্ট জমা দেওয়ার নির্দেশিকা সম্পর্কিত অনলাইন আলোচনায় অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারে, যা ১২-০৪-২০২৬ (রবিবার) এবং ১৩-০৪-২০২৬ (সোমবার) সন্ধ্যা ৬টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। অনলাইন আলোচনার জন্য Google Meet-এর লিঙ্কটি হলো:

• The report should be an original work of the student, prepared in MS Word. The size of the paper will be A4, and the font will be Times New Roman. The font size will be 12 with a line spacing of 1.5. In case the student does not have access to a computer, the report may be prepared in the student’s own handwriting. The report may be prepared in English/Bengali.
• There will be a cover page mentioning the title of the report, followed by a declaration of the candidate, content, list of tables, list of figures, abbreviation, chapters, annexure (if required), and references. The front page of the assignment shall contain the – Name and Signature of the student, Semester, University Roll Number, University Registration Number, Paper Name & Code and Mobile Number.
• The write-up should be at least 10000 (ten thousand) words.
• Students who have not yet submitted the project report as per earlier notifications, may submit within 15^th April 2026 (Wednesday). The submission is to be done by emailing a scanned copy of project report (with the student’s signature) along with a scanned copy of the student’s admit card at:

• All the pages of the report along with the admit card of the student are to be scanned as one document and submitted.
• Students are to use their own email addresses for submitting their project reports.
• This is a final chance for students who have not yet submitted the project report and those who do not submit it within the given date are liable to be marked absent for the practical examination.

• Students are to reach out to the subject teacher for clarification of doubts, if any.

কলেজের সকল দ্বিতীয় সেমিস্টারের ছাত্রছাত্রীদের জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, একাডেমিক দিকনির্দেশনা, ব্যক্তিগত সহায়তা এবং সার্বিক উন্নয়নের উদ্দেশ্যে মেন্টরশিপ প্রোগ্রাম চালু করা হয়েছে।

এই প্রোগ্রামে:
• মেন্টর হলেন একজন শিক্ষক, যিনি নির্ধারিত ছাত্রছাত্রীদের একাডেমিক ও ব্যক্তিগত অগ্রগতি পর্যবেক্ষণ, দিকনির্দেশনা ও সহায়তা প্রদান করেন।
• মেন্টি হলেন সেই ছাত্রছাত্রী, যিনি মেন্টরের কাছ থেকে দিকনির্দেশনা ও সহায়তা গ্রহণ করেন।

প্রত্যেক ছাত্রছাত্রীকে একজন করে মেন্টর নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে। নিজেদের মেন্টরের নাম জানতে কলেজের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশিত তালিকা দেখার জন্য বলা হচ্ছে।

উল্লেখযোগ্য যে, নির্ধারিত মেন্টর একই থাকবে যতদিন না ছাত্রছাত্রী ৮ম সেমিস্টার বা সম্পূর্ণ কোর্স শেষ করছে, যাতে ধারাবাহিকভাবে দিকনির্দেশনা ও সহায়তা পাওয়া যায়।

সমস্ত ছাত্রছাত্রীকে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব তাদের নির্ধারিত মেন্টরের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে এবং নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ বজায় রাখতে বলা হচ্ছে।

এই উদ্যোগের লক্ষ্য হল ছাত্রছাত্রীদের উন্নত একাডেমিক ফলাফল ও সামগ্রিক বিকাশ নিশ্চিত করা।

महाविद्यालय के सभी द्वितीय सेमेस्टर के छात्रों को सूचित किया जाता है कि शैक्षणिक मार्गदर्शन, व्यक्तिगत सहयोग एवं समग्र विकास हेतु मेंटरशिप कार्यक्रम प्रारम्भ किया गया है।

इस कार्यक्रम में:
• मेंटोर एक शिक्षक होते हैं, जो निर्धारित छात्रों के शैक्षणिक एवं व्यक्तिगत प्रगति का मार्गदर्शन, सहयोग एवं निरीक्षण करते हैं।
• मेंटी वह छात्र होता है, जो मेंटर से मार्गदर्शन एवं सहयोग प्राप्त करता है।

प्रत्येक छात्र को एक मेंटर आवंटित किया गया है। अपने-अपने मेंटर की जानकारी के लिए छात्र महाविद्यालय की वेबसाइट पर प्रकाशित सूची देखें।

यह ध्यान देने योग्य है कि आवंटित मेंटर छात्र के 8वें सेमेस्टर या पाठ्यक्रम पूर्ण होने तक समान रहेगा, जिससे निरंतर मार्गदर्शन एवं सहयोग सुनिश्चित हो सके।

सभी छात्रों को निर्देश दिया जाता है कि वे यथाशीघ्र अपने मेंटर से संपर्क करें तथा नियमित संवाद बनाए रखें।

Pen & Paper Mode of Exam:

কলেজের classroom-এ বসে পরীক্ষা দিতে হবে date, time এবং room number সবকিছু পরীক্ষার time table এ দেওয়া আছে সেই অনুযায়ী পরীক্ষা দিতে হবে।

Online question and offline submission:

Pen & Paper Mode of Exam:

Students must take the exam in the designated classroom at the college, following the date, time, and room number specified in the exam timetable.

Online Questions and Offline Submission:

The question paper will be available on the college website. Students will need to download the answer booklet from there. Each student will be required to write their answers in the answer booklet and submit them accordingly. The submission room and date will be indicated in the answer booklet. Each student’s answer booklet will have a QR code for identification. Please note that if students submit each other’s answer booklets, the submissions will be automatically cancelled during scanning.
